1:1 and 1:2 are based in our office and offer a very personalised, bespoke service to run entirely at the clients pace be it fast, slow or anything inbetween. It is thus impossible to indicate the time taken to complete any of the courses run as such, as they might range from a mere 2 hours for someone with good overall computer skills to many hours for a novice.

Group courses are designed to cover 4 X 2hour sessions; although again this can be adjusted to suit the individuals present at any one time.

In todays high-tech digital world a very high percentage of consumers are now using digital cameras and whilst the easy option of just sending them over the internet and receiving prints through good old snail mail is still very popular, many more want just that little bit more from our work and of course so much more is now possible. There are many image manipulating programs on the market but probably one of the most well-known and favourite amongst keen amateurs and fully-fledged pro's is Adobe's Photoshop. There are many versions available and the latest CS3 (Photoshop 10) offers a huge source of creative possibilities but does cost a few hundred pounds admittedly. Is it worth it - yes - every penny BUT if you aren't too sure then take a look at Adobe's Elements range too - they are fantastic for starting out on a budget but believe us, once hooked you will soon want to upgrade!

At SCArt we offer a selection of courses, starting with the most basic of skills. Primarily the courses are best suited to keen enthusiasts and amateur/semi-pro photographers, although we are also happy and extremely patient with those who struggle with technology and all the associated lingo: That is the advantage of of our personalised service.

Please either telephone or E-mail us detailing dates, times and which workshops you are interested in, and we will get back to you at the earliest opportunity confirming our availability.
